How Baystate Hearing Aids Began
In 1989, longtime friends, Jeff Halls and Jim Caldarola, established Baystate Hearing Aids. Together, the two received their National Board Certification in Hearing Instrument Sciences (NBC-HIS) and maintain their Massachusetts State Licenses (#29, #17). Baystate Hearing offers free at-home and in-office consultations and services. Over the years, the partners have focused on the research and development of new technologies such as MicroAir and other exciting improvements. Understanding that clarity and comfortability are important to their patients, they have discovered ways to provide a more natural sound and fit.
